هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم وواقع تقنية المعلومات وأهميتها للقنوات الفضائية إضافة إلى التعرف على واقع الانتاج التلفزيوني. ومدى امتلاك القناة الفضائية السودانية لمكونات تقنية المعلومات. وبيان أثر تلك التقنية على تطور الانتاج البرامجي في القنوات الفضائية السودانية.
استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي كما استخدمت الملاحظة والاستبانة كأدوات لجمع البيانات.
خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج أهمها: .ساهمت التكنولوجيا الحديثة في رفع سرعة وكفاءة عملية التحرير والإخراج وزيادة سرعة إنجاز الأعمال في الوقت المناسب. ورفع دقة وموضوعية ما تبثه القناة . كما ساعدت تلك التكنولوجيا في توفير قواعد بيانات تسهل الحصول على الأخبار والمعلومات عند الحاجة، وفي سهولة التعديل والحذف والإضافة على المحتوى الصحفي.
توصلت الدراسة لعدد من التوصيات أهمها: تشجيع العاملين بالحقل الإعلامي على استخدام التقنية الحديثة وخاصة الإنترنت والنشاطات المتعلقة بما يرفع من كفاءة وأداء العمل الإعلامي. العمل على توفير التقنية الحديثة للمعلومات في مجالها الإعلامي أو الاتصالي لأكبر عدد ممكن من العاملين حتى يعطي المرونة الكافية لإيصال المعلومات واستقبالها بحرفية عالية. الاشتراك في المواقع الأخرى على شبكة الإنترنت للحصول على تغذية راجعة ومواكبة كل ما هو جديد.
وجاء البحث في أربعة فصول على النحو الآتي: الفصل الأول: الإطار المنهجي للبحث، الفصل الثاني: الاتصال المفهوم والوسائل والوظائف، الفصل الثالث: التخطيط وإنتاج البرامج التلفزيونية، الفصل الرابع: الدراسة الميدانية.Abstract
This study aimed to identify the concept of the information technology website and its importance for satellite channels, in addition to identifying the reality of television production. And the extent of the Sudanese satellite channel's possession of information technology components.
And the impact of technology on the development of program production in satellite channels. The study used the positivist method, as well as observation and questionnaire as tools for data collection.
The study came out with a number of results, the most important of which are: Modern technology contributed to raising the speed and efficiency of the press editorial process and increasing the speed of completion of work in a timely manner.
Raising the accuracy and objectivity of what the channel broadcasts. How this technology helped in providing evidence bases that facilitate access to news and information when needed, and in the ease of modification, deletion and addition of journalistic content.
The study also came out with a number of recommendations I like to encourage media workers to use modern technology, especially the Internet, and related activities to raise the efficiency and performance of journalistic work.
Work to provide modern technology for information in its media or communication field to the largest possible number of workers in order to give sufficient flexibility to deliver and receive information with high professionalism.
